Well things are moving along, not at a lighting pace but forward and onward.
We met a guy who has a bobcat business and gave us a good quote to dug out the pad for our studio.
$180 for 25 tonne of soil removed in 4 hours. Better then the first 6 tonnes we did with the trailer and wheel barrow.
He even dummped on my parents block and made a driveway ramp for them.
Although I think I will have to still take out a bit more but that shouldn't be too hard as he is going to workin across the road soon.
We have our plans finished now and we are waiting for the building approvals.
